Sea Coral Cottage Reservation Policy Click here to check availability. Normally bookings are by the week or longer, and our preferred rental period begins Friday afternoon (4:00 pm) and ends Friday morning (10:00 am). Sea Coral Cottage is closed from September to mid-October. Sea Coral Cottage accommodates a maximum of 6 people. No pets No smoking The weekly rental is $2,500 per week. Special rates are available for booking of more than 4 weeks. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% of the full rental due for the period. The balance is due not less than 30 days before the date of your arrival. We appreciate that plans do change. If you have to cancel 60 days or more before the start of your rental period then we will refund all of your deposit in full. If you should cancel in less than 60 days then we regret we can only refund that part for which we can we can re-rent the property. In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-rent. By returning this form to us by email you undertake to be responsible for any damage you do to the property or its contents during your stay. On receipt of this form we will confirm back to you that the property is available and send you the instructions for wiring the deposit to our bank.
